The FUTURE SPACE is the EU-funded project focused on astronomy & space exploration in European educational systems. One of the main aspirations of The Future Space project is to provide a catalyst for change in understanding and teaching STEM subjects (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) in upper secondary schools in Poland, Greece, and in the Netherlands. Implementation of the project will reduce low achievement in natural science subjects, inspire students through space matters, increase the number of candidates for STEM studies, and introduce young people to career opportunities in the space sector and other innovative areas. Modern tools and innovative didactic forms, combined with an attractive subject matter of classes, should also result in a better understanding of STEM issues.
